1. INTRODUCTION At Old Money Style, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please take a moment to read our return policy to make the process as simple and fast as possible.
2. RETURN PERIOD You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return an item to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period has expired.
3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES Please note that returns are not free. A fixed return fee of £6.90 applies to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
4. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM To return an item, please follow these steps:

Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Send the Package: Once you have received instructions from our customer service team, you may send your package back to us.
5. REFUNDS Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your return. If approved, your refund (minus the £6.90 return fee) will be processed immediately and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
6. EXCHANGES If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us via our support email or our contact page. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.
